One thing they said in my book is that Kurt Warner never played until his senior year at Uni. And now look at him he is very successful. I thought that was very interesting because usually most quarterbacks that play in the NFL start all 4 years in college.
I cant really relate it to any real life situations but i can say its just like some of my friends who dont practice a sport but they are naturally good at it the first time they do it.
ITs very important to study leadershop because we need leaders in our country usually most leaders are succesful and you can ever have to many successful people. Its good for us to look at others and its not good because wen other people say stuff you can relate to it but good leaders come up with there own stuff.

I agree with you that you can never have too many successful people :p. I also think that it is good for us to look at good leaders but mainly on their morals. If you have the same great morals as a successful leader, then you will be successful.
ReplyDeleteIt's true that we need leaders in our country because most leaders are successful and you can never have too many successful people. But not all leaders need to do something big to make them a leader or to be successful. Just making one small difference could make someone a leader.
ReplyDeleteI find that very interesting about Kurt Warner as well. He is a stud! He must have used his down time in college as motivation to practice and work hard to reach the point that he is at today. I know quite a few people who are naturally good at whatever they do but personally I like a challenge I'm glad things aren't always just handed to me because it makes reaching my goals that much more satisfying.
